8. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
9. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
10. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
11. Work on reviewing professional publications, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices & participating in professional societies
12. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
