About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote and sell Magnolia handbags in the designated regions.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including retail partnerships, distribution channels, and corporate clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.
4. Lead sales activities, including presentations, negotiations, and contract signings, to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
7. Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
8. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
