Key responsibilities:
1. Develop Sales Strategies. Create and implement effective sales strategies to reach business objectives
2. Monitor Market Trends. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies
3. Training and Mentoring. Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Utilize CRM software to manage interactions with current and potential clients
5. Prepare Sales Proposals. Develop detailed sales proposals and contracts tailored to customer needs
6. Handle Customer Complaints. Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills and abilities:
1. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
