Sales & Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
2. Prospect for and qualify new leads through various channels
3. Present and negotiate SkyHike's travel packages effectively with clients
4. Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
5. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives to support sales efforts
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
7. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
8. Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database
9. Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
10. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
11. Identify new business opportunities and partners
12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
