6. Follow up with leads to ensure they have all the information they need to make an informed decision
7. Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the CRM system regularly
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
9. Continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge to better serve our customers
10. Stay updated on stock market trends and product knowledge to provide the best service to clients
