Sales Coordination Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on internal & external communication with team and client
2. Processing sales enquiry
3. Working on client mapping
4. Solving technical queries of the client in the enquiry stage
5. Sending quotes
6. Working on the updation of enquiry in SAP
7. Doing regular follow-up to clients till order closing
8. Working on timely response to clients on their queries related to technical, commercial and drawing
9. Co-ordinating with internal department for client support
10. Arranging the visit to client place if required
11. Working on vendor registration
12. Doing negotiations
13. Working on order documents preparation
14. Handling payment collection in terms of advance, readiness, material receipt and work completion
15. Solving the issue of customers in case of service problem
16. Following up for confirmed PO

Requirements:

1. Any graduate with good communication skills
