Sales Coordinator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle emails and coordinate with customers
2. Work on a timely response to the customers/any complaint from the market/clients
3. Make quotations/PI and the orders
4. Coordinate internally for order processing
5. Work on cross-function coordination
6. Maintain complaints and handle clients
7. Generate reports for department/region/customers on a need basis
8. Work on timely closer of any query from the sales team and report
9. Work on vendor management and maintaining complete data reports
10. Work on complete (recce, production, and installation) tracking and follow-up for the assigned project
11. Work on the task aligned with the sales team
12. Handle escalation from the market/if the deadline is not met on time
13. Work on the morning plan of daily working and EOD plan on WhatsApp
14. Work on daily and monthly working reports sharing all the given tasks in a uniform format
15. Perform basic mailing activities
16. Perform basic computer activities

Skills & Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of record maintaining
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Good knowledge of Excel, and Google Sheets
