Responsibilities
Lead Generation
o Conduct research to identify potential franchise leads
o Generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns, attending industry events, and networking
o Qualify leads by assessing their financial resources, business experience
Process
o Prepare and distribute franchise information packages
o Schedule and conduct initial meetings and follow-up calls with potential franchisees.
o Manage the flow of communication and documentation throughout the sales process.
o Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators
Administrative Tasks & Record Maintenance
o Manage the franchise sales calendar and schedule appointments.
o Prepare reports and presentations for Franchise Sales Manager.
o Maintain and update franchise sales database.
o Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
o Maintain accurate records of all franchisee interactions and documents.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
Experience with lead generation and qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
