Sales Coordinator - Maxwell Engineering Solutions Private Limited, Vadodara

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Purchase Order review /verification for agreed price and payments terms and accordingly prepare Performa Invoice
Order Processing: Processing orders received from clients.
Payment follow-up
Techno-commercial proposal preparation and submission.
Follow up with clients on submitted offers.
Analyzing existing and potential clients and maintain a database.
Prepare sales records quarter wise and update to management.
Database Management: Organizing and maintaining databases, including customer records and sales data.
Planning, Coordinating, Managing for the trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences
Figuring out the competitive landscape and working closely with SEO team
Evaluating the marketing tools based on current needs and preparing the same
Qualifications
Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent experience
1 - 2+ years' experience in sales
Well-organized strategic planning and problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skillsSalary
