Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution, particularly within the automotive industry.
Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain and grow client base.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including current market trends and competitor activities.
Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close deals and maximize profitability.
Marketing acumen to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
Ability to conduct financial analyses to assess the viability of deals and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and meet customer demand.
Team leadership capabilities to guide and mentor junior staff members.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership targets.
