3. Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions
4. Schedule discovery calls for our senior sales team
5. Be proficient at using a sales development platform to execute the outreach process consisting of phone, email, WhatsApp, and social touches
6. Engage with prospects and demonstrate our SaaS product
7. Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos/conversion quota every month
8. Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn best practices
9. Update CRM on a daily basis without any gaps & provide reporting
10. Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission
Requirements:
1. Ability to speak with CEOs, CFOs, business heads, supply chain heads, IT heads, and controllers at early stage and growth businesses and ask intelligent questions
2. Experience in SAAS product sales, B2B sales, IT sales
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹30,000 - 40,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
