Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Delhi, or Chennai. This full-time, junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience. The role focuses on expanding our client base and driving sales within the SaaS sector, leveraging your expertise in cold calling and lead generation.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficient in cold calling techniques to engage potential clients effectively (Mandatory skill).
Strong experience in lead generation strategies and best practices (Mandatory skill).
Proven record of success in SaaS sales, demonstrating a clear understanding of the software industry (Mandatory skill).
Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce, to manage customer relationships effectively.
Adept at using email outreach automation tools to efficiently reach and follow-up with prospects.
Excellent relationship-building skills to establish and maintain lasting client connections.
Strong negotiation techniques to drive favorable terms and close deals successfully.
Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis for informed decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and lead generation activities.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and update sales activities accurately.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and influence.
Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and potential improvements to sales strategies.
