About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Nurture and engage leads through various inbound marketing channels
2. Identify and qualify leads to create SQLs for the sales team consistently
3. Be creative and find new ways to improve conversion rates from lead to opportunities
4. Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer engagement and lead-generation efforts
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inbound marketing and
customer support

KPI:

1. Lead Qualification: Achieve a monthly target of qualified SQLs delivered to the
Inbound Team.
2. First Reachout TAT: Ensure a quick response to leads to ensure best experience
3. Proactiveness in Initiatives: Innovate to make the process and team much better
than the current process and find ways to do better

Any Specific skill requirement: (If Any)

Courses would be helpful
1. Inbound growth and inbound sales (Hubspot)
2. Email marketing
3. Cold calling
