6. Lead Qualification: Achieve a monthly target of qualified SQLs delivered to the inbound team
7. First reach out to TAT: Ensure a quick response to leads to ensure the best experience
8. Proactiveness in Initiatives: Innovate to make the process and team much better than the current process and find ways to do better
