About the job

Game Theory is looking for a motivated 'Sales Executive' to join our growing team. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach and helping sports enthusiasts experience the joy of playing games hassle-free.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively engage prospective customers through outbound calls (cold calling, renewals, referrals, corporate, etc.) to introduce promote & sell products/services.
2. Conduct diligent follow-ups on leads generated through diverse marketing campaigns and dashboards, ensuring comprehensive engagement and timely progression through the sales funnel.
3. Effectively communicate the product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers across all sports (swimming, badminton, squash, football, cricket, etc.).
4. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns with professionalism effectively.
5. Maintain the documentation of call records and customer interactions within CRM software.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
7. Work closely with the sales team and manager to strategize and develop effective sales strategies.
8. Offer insights to the reporting manager on customer needs and market trends through regular feedback.
9. Stay current with product knowledge and refine sales techniques for ongoing effectiveness.
10. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all sales activities.
12. Publish daily revenue projections and weekly pipeline updates before each shift begins.

3. Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets consistently.

4. Experience in conducting cold calls, renewals, referrals, and corporate account acquisition.

5. Expertise in handling customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
