Sales Development Representative Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Building the sales funnel by generating leads via personalized outreach to potential customers both inbound and outbound.
2. Conducting cold calls, email reach outs and social outreach to target prospects using sales prospecting and automation tools alongside handling incoming queries and establishing first contact with prospects.
3. Completing communication sequences in line with the sales process including reach outs and prompt follow-up communication to nurture leads and prospects.
4. Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers based on the qualification framework (eg: BANT).
5. Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
6. Schedule appointments, meetings, and demos including the introduction of leads to their new point of contact.
7. Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
8. Achieving quarterly targets set out by business.
9. Staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
