Sales Development Representative Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Qualify leads received through marketing campaigns/website/procured data/data mining etc. as sales opportunities
2. Mine actionable data through open sources creating a healthy raw database for consumption
3. Connect with potential clients through cold calls/email and other relevant platforms available
4. Act as front-line representatives for the company and showcase the company/product effectively
5. Build strong interpersonal relationships with client s key decision-makers (middle/senior management)
6. Make effective sales pitches based on the identified needs of the prospects and navigate through objection handling effectively
7. Proactively seek/identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
8. Set up meetings/calls for prospective clients
9. Coordinate with the sales team for meeting outcomes and subsequent follow-up.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
11. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
