Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify businesses that need compliance, sustainability, or digital transformation solutions.
2. B2B Sales & Outreach - Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to key decision-makers.
3. Consultative Selling - Understand client needs and align them with UTOPIIC's solutions.
4. Pipeline & CRM Management - Use Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. to track and manage leads efficiently.
5. Market Research & Industry Trends - Stay ahead of climate tech trends, ESG regulations, and sustainability strategies.
6. Collaboration & Strategy - Work with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation tactics and close deals.

What We're Looking For

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (SDR/BDR roles preferred).
2. Industry Knowledge: Background in climate tech, ESG compliance, environmental sustainability, SaaS, or science-driven solutions is a plus.
3. Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Compliance Management.
4. Sales Skills: Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification (BANT, MEDDIC), and objection handling.
5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement platforms.
6. Communication: Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written skills.
7. Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, independent, and thrives in a hybrid work model (Faridabad + remote flexibility).
