This role would involve managing sales activities of our products within a designated area or territory. Effective territory management, building and expanding the database, and driving revenue growth in your designated territory. Work towards achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the customers' requirements, providing them with product information, addressing their queries, and also recommending suitable solutions. He will play a key role in the development and maintenance of customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Negotiate pricing and terms and conditions with customers thus ensuring maximum sales opportunities with profitability.
2. Close deals in a timely manner by addressing objections and providing product solutions.
3. Identify and target new business opportunities in the territory. Generate leads through networking, attending exhibitions, and other such industrial events.
4. Stay updated on marketing trends, customer needs, and also competitor activities in the assigned territory.
5. Gather industry intelligence, identify industry developments, and give feedback on the same to the sales and business development team.
Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or science with 3 to 7 years of experience in sales. Freshers will also be considered. Training will be provided for a certain period.
Other requirements:
1. The candidate should have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
2. Should have an understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products.
3. There should be a willingness to travel in the assigned territory.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,20,000 /year
