We are looking for a personable and proactive individual to join our team as a 'Sales Executive' on the front desk. This role requires you to be the face of the company, welcoming visitors and clients while pitching our products and services. The ideal candidate will excel at both customer service and sales, providing a seamless experience for every visitor who walks through our doors.
Key responsibilities:
1. Frontline sales: Engage with visitors and clients as they arrive at the office, providing them with detailed information about our products and services.
2. Sales pitch: Tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs and interests of each visitor, aiming to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
3. Client consultation: Offer personalized consultations to visitors, explaining how our products/services can meet their needs and resolving any questions they may have.
4. Sales Conversion: Work to convert walk-in inquiries into sales or follow-up appointments with the relevant sales team members.
5. Customer relationship management: Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and build strong relationships with walk-in clients, ensuring they have a positive experience.
6. Sales reporting: Record sales activities and visitor interactions, providing regular updates and feedback to the Sales Manager.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
2. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or receptionist/front desk roles.
3. Female candidates.
