Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Executive specializing in the FMCG sector to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques applicable to the FMCG industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within assigned regions when necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the FMCG sector.
Identify and engage with new clients and business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, detailing progress and challenges.
