Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Enter data into our software and maintain client files
2. Provide fast, friendly service and actively seek out customers to assess
3. their needs & provide them with better assistance
4. Work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
5. Follow up with the clients on a day-to-day basis and convert them/sell them packages
6. Share itinerary details and make the product once the client has enquired and be thoroughly active for calls

Targets to be achieved

1. Employees should try and achieve the target sales and convert them
2. Once the revenue is achieved for the month, employees will be given incentives on the basis of the sales/conversions they make

Requirements:

1. Should be fluent in English
2. Should have good communication skills to solve the client's queries
3. Excellent communication
4. Creativity
5. Writing ability
6. Aptitude to learn and solve problems
7. Flexibility and strategic thinking
8. Entry-level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience
9. Must have a laptop for work (personal laptop)
10. Should be consistently active for client calls throughout the day
11. Entry-level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
12. Should know MS Office
13. Must be available throughout the day for discussions with the clients
14. Should use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
