About the job
As a sales executive with UFaber Edutech, you'll have a chance to be at the center of an amazing team that is transforming how education is delivered in India. We are looking for a creative and experienced individual with strong English proficiency (spoken and written) to join us and help us create a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

1. Creating and implementing effective strategies for customer acquisition and sales growth
2. Developing trusting and successful relationships with customers
3. Selling UFaber Edutech products and services
4. Analyzing customer needs and providing solutions
5. Resolving customer queries or complaints in a timely manner
6. Documenting customer interactions, sales reports, and activities
7. Monitoring customer feedback and market trends
