Job summary: We at Greynodes, are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented sales executive to convert the generated quality leads as well as follow up on the pending leads. As a sales executive, you will work as a primary communication channel to the clients/customers of the company. To be successful as a sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, a top-performing sales executive should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
Key responsibilities:
1. Analyzing the documents provided by the clients on a daily basis
2. Assessing the potential of the work and providing accurate quotations to the client
3. Handling customer complaints and everything related to the customers and their projects
4. Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service
5. Giving proper quotations
6. Negotiating
Who is the good fit?
1. Any engineering/computer science/technology/architecture graduate with excellent written and verbal English
2. Any post-graduate with excellent written and verbal English (the accent does not matter but there is no substitute for good grammar and choice of right words)
3. You should have good analytical skills as you will be trained to read many documents every day and analyze them for specific pointers to determine the various aspects of the projects
4. You will be trained for the customer interaction part but you should be good at communication with people inherently
