We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales expert (female). The ideal candidate should be skilled in communication, customer management, telecalling, and sales. The candidate should be experienced in the telesales industry and should have a track record of achieving targets.

Key responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services
2. Building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
3. Handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
4. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company's revenue
5. Keeping up-to-date with the latest products, services, and industry trends
6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales data

Skills & Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages will be an added advantage)
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong customer management skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
6. Experience in using telecalling software and CRM systems
7. A positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
8. Flexibility to work in shifts
9. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
10. Experience in construction & mining equipment, tractor implements, etc., and should be an experienced female in the B2C market
11. Work from 9 am to 6 pm
