About the job

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 'Sales Executive' to join our dynamic inside sales team. The sales executive will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of new customers and managing relationships to ensure the achievement of sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2 Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate product knowledge.
3 Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
4 Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably B2B.

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
