2. Work on constant learning & growth: Commit to continuous improvement by reading, listening, and learning from top sales leaders like Alex Hormozi. Your self-development should be as rigorous as the training we demand from our members.
3. Work on membership growth: Drive growth by engaging with walk-ins, calls, and inquiries, filtering for those willing to commit to the cartel, and clearly communicating our barbell-driven, science-based philosophy to attract only those who match our energy and values.
