About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential clients within target markets
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
3. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
5. Present, promote, and sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages to prospective clients
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
7. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
8. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
9. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for exhibitions
11. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote exhibitions and generate leads
12. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract agreements
13. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
14. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

2. Proven sales experience, preferably in the exhibition, event management, or related industry

3. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

7. Willingness to travel as required

8. Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets

9. Strong organizational and time management skills

10. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

11. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,50,000 /year
