The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the company's sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management, develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
2. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
3. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
5. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills and abilities:
1. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
