This is a full-time on-site role for a sales representative at RSG Profile Manufacturing Private Limited Kanpur. The sales representative will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales on a day-to-day basis.
Key responsibilities:
1. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Promote and sell the company's products to existing and potential customers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
4. Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
5. Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor and customer insights.
6. Monitor and analyze market trends to recommend strategies for growth.
7. Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and marketing activities at retail and distributor levels.
8. Educate customers on product offerings and key selling points.
Additional details:
1. 20 k/month fixed salary+benefits.

3. Working days/hours: Six days working/10 AM-6 PM.
