ADS Management Tax Consultancy is looking for a motivated and energetic 'Sales Executive' to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support our sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, assisting senior team members, and learning the ropes of client relationship management.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet sales targets.
2. Support the sales team in identifying and building relationships with potential clients.
3. Learn to communicate the value proposition of ADS services effectively.
4. Manage parts of the sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, and client communications.
5. Use CRM software to manage leads, client data, and interactions.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
7. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
8. Learn and apply negotiation and closing techniques under guidance.

What you'll bring:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, preferably in financial services or tax consultancy (required).
3. Eagerness to learn, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Basic understanding of CRM software (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.) or willingness to learn.
5. A proactive attitude toward building long-term client relationships.
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

8. Willingness to take up additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
