Job Description

Maintain continuous communication with leads via phone, email, chat, and social media throughout both the pre-sales and post-sales processes.
Keep a detailed record of all interactions with leads and provide regular feedback to the Student Experience Manager to optimize lead conversion rates.
Build and nurture positive relationships with students, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Effectively manage and meet sales targets.

What We Are Looking For:
Immediate joiner with experience as an Admission Counselor in an EdTech company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English.
A sales-driven mindset with the ability to understand and effectively communicate MMA offerings to prospective students, and close applications successfully.
A friendly, approachable, and vibrant personality with the ability to engage with students in a positive manner.
Strong patience and empathy when handling diverse situations.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
Demonstrated integrity, intellectual honesty, and a strong work ethic. Sharp analytical skills and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Consistent effort, commitment, perseverance, and a willingness to go above and beyond when necessary.

Additional Information:
Week Off will be either Saturday OR SUNDAY

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Education Sales Counseling.
