Key Responsibilities:

1. Showroom management: Oversee the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring an inviting and well-organized environment that showcases our exquisite jewelry collection.
2. Sales enhancement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to increase sales.
3. Sales strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
4. Reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to optimize sales performance.
5. Customer engagement: Provide personalized service to customers, assisting them in selecting the perfect pieces to meet their desires and needs.
6. Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our jewelry collection, gemstones, and materials to educate customers and make informed recommendations.
7. Visual merchandising: Contribute to the visual appeal of our showroom by arranging displays to highlight the beauty of our jewelry.
8. Inventory management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in restocking and replenishment.
