Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Actively identify, prospect, and generate leads for residential, commercial, or industrial real estate properties
2. Assist clients in purchasing, leasing, or selling properties by providing comprehensive information on properties, market conditions, and the buying/selling process
3. Conduct property viewings and negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully
4. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals
5. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other required documentation
6. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth transaction processing
7. Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, competitor activity, and changes in local regulations
8. Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company
9. Follow up with leads, ensuring timely communication and nurturing relationships
10. Assist in marketing activities, including property listings, open houses, and promotional events
11. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying/selling process, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Strong understanding of the real estate market and property trends
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
6. Good organizational and time-management skills
7. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service
