Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Database Management:
Generate a database of prospective and potential customers across various product ranges.
Maintain and update the database of existing and prospective customers.

2. Lead Generation:
Identify and generate leads through:
Personal visits.
Phone calls to potential customers.
Seminars.
Email campaigns.

3. Market Identification:
Identify untapped market segments and geographical areas.
Develop business plans to address these opportunities.

4. Customer Engagement:
Follow up with existing accounts to ensure timely subscription renewals.
Upsell new product ranges to existing customers.

5. Vendor Coordination:
Act on leads/opportunities provided by vendors.
Organize technical meetings/demos for prospective customers.
Collaborate with vendors on funnel sharing and technical demo requests.

6. Sales Activities:
Submit quotations to customers via email or during personal visits.
Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely payments.
Maintain a regular track of payment receivables from customers.

7. Target Achievement:
Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets, ensuring measurable completion of key result areas (KRAs).
