About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Have prior experience and access to key decision-makers in major builders, real estate, and hospitality companies
2. Identify and engage potential clients for project work valued at 30 lakh and above
3. Develop strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities in the real estate and hospitality sectors
4. Proactively generate leads through market research, networking, and industry events
5. Build and maintain a strong client pipeline, ensuring consistent business growth
6. Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and convert high-value prospects
7. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
8. Understand customer needs, preferences, and project requirements to offer customized solutions
9. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
10. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
11. Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability
12. Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management
13. Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients
14. Clearly articulate value propositions to differentiate offerings from competitors
15. Maintain strong written and verbal communication to facilitate smooth client interactions

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field such as horticulture, botany, or agriculture

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

5. Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

6. Willingness to travel if required
