About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
3. Recommend solutions to issues in constructive ways
4. Handle outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources
5. Conduct daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
6. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹17,500 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,90,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 250000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 240000 /year
