Job description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development profile for Surat location.

As a Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities,

Architects visits, Site Visits, lead generations, preparing quotations and providing sales training and sales management.

Your role will involve building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting our products to

potential clients, architects ,organizing sales training programs, exhibitions, events and

Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Competency Attributes

Demonstrated customer service experience.
Proven sales track record
Strong sales management abilities
Ability to work well in a team.
Understanding of architectural and interior design concepts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic Computer skills like Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, Auto CAD, etc.
Presentable Personality willing for travelling across Surat and ROG cities.

Preferably Bachelor's in Business Management / MBA in Marketing or B.SC ,B.Com or related field.(65% & above Aggregate Marks)
Preferably from Building and Construction Industry.
Minimum 2 years of Work exp. in Sales profile.
Preferably worked in industries like , Furnishing, Curtains, Plywood, Veneer , Laminates , Wooden Flooring , Modular Kitchen, Furniture fittings Hafele/Hettich, Home Automation , Electrical Automations, LV Switch gears, etc.
