About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management: Act as the single point of contact for assigned key clients, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction.
2. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth within assigned accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Building: Develop deep relationships with client decision-makers, influencers, and procurement heads to strengthen partnerships.
4. Proposal & Negotiation Management: Prepare customized proposals and negotiate commercial terms to win contracts and retain clients.
5. Customer Retention: Ensure high customer satisfaction, manage escalations, and proactively address issues to avoid client churn.
6. Sales Target Achievement: Meet individual and team sales targets, ensuring quarterly and annual revenue goals are consistently met.
7. Client Visits & Reviews: Conduct regular client visits, performance reviews, and account planning sessions to ensure value delivery.
8. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records in CRM for all client interactions, sales pipelines, and opportunities.
9. Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain) to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and client servicing.
10. Payment Collection: Track outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team and client to ensure timely collections.
11. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client documentation, contracts, agreements, and legal formalities are up to date.
12. Relationship Mapping: Identify and map key stakeholders within the client's organization for future business expansion.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

2. 1-3 years experience in institutional or B2B sales

3. Prior experience handling corporate clients, facility management companies preferred

4. Experience in corporate supplies, FMCG distribution, or facility consumables industry is a plus

5. Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

6. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

7. Sales target and result-oriented mindset

8. Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making

9. Experience with CRM systems

10. Ability to coordinate across departments

11. Proactive problem solver with attention to detail

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,76,000 - 4,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 36,000 - 60,000 /year
