Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and tactics to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and increase revenue for modular furniture products.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to enhance performance and productivity.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the modular furniture industry to generate sales leads and opportunities.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and client accounts to grow the customer base and increase sales revenue.
Sales Forecasting and Planning: Forecast sales volumes, analyze market trends, and develop sales plans and budgets to align with company objectives and financial targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of modular furniture products, features, specifications, pricing, and competitive offerings to effectively position and sell products to clients.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of modular furniture solutions.
