1. Recruit and license the team of Insurance advisors & drive them to generate business and expand the business
2. Advisor activation
3. Lead & generate business from various distribution channels, Should be adept at multi-tasking
4. To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, and positioning the Bajaj Allianz General Insurance brand and growing the brand.
5. Excellent inter-personal skills: Person expected to have a high degree of credibility in the local market
6. Conventions and campaigns are communicated and run effectively across the zone
