Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager specializing in the Aroma Perfume sector. This is a senior-level, full-time position based in Hyderabad. Ideal candidates should possess between 7 to 10 years of work experience in sales and retail management.

Qualifications and Skills
Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for interacting with clients and team members.
Retail Management (Mandatory skill): Extensive experience managing retail operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of perfume products, ingredients, and market trends.
Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to make informed sales decisions.
