About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Execution:
1. Analyze the customer segmentation and sales trends in terms of demographics, geography, characteristics, etc. to assess the potential for business
2.Conduct trainings at the branch for all banking partners around regulatory guidelines and products
3. Plan for activation of branches through R&R activities to increase the penetration in active branches to realize full potential of the bank partner in the given geography

B. Relationship Management:
1. Drive campaigns and contests for the Partner Bank to boost sales in profitable segments
2. Assist banking partners in pitching products to crucial customers and drive sales closure
3. Identify cross-sell opportunities for existing customers

C. New Acquisition Banking Partners:
1. Gather market information on potential partners, analyze partner profiles and customer mixes to identify the best product fit from the BAGIC portfolio, and assess profitability and viability of partnerships
2. Schedule meetings with prospective banking clients to brief them about BAGIC products and offer lucrative options in coordination with the Vertical Head

D. Service Orientation:
1. Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of work across channels and deliver desired productivity including everyday servicing and policy issuance
2. Gather relevant documents from customers post-sales, submit them to the operations team, and collect additional data/documents as required
3. Resolve operational issues faced by partners to ensure a smooth experience while working with BAGIC
4. Provide support for cancellation requests and policy endorsements, process and track such requests in coordination with the internal operations team, and ensure ease of process and approvals for partners by coordinating with the internal operations team
