Job Overview
Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Sales Manager for the FMCG sector, located in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage sales initiatives and drive growth through strategic planning and customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills
Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill): Proficient in devising and executing sales strategies to boost company revenue and market presence.
Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Excellent skills in building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Customer Acquisition (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to acquire and retain customers effectively, increasing market share.
Market Analysis: Skilled in analyzing market trends and consumer data to identify business opportunities.
Team Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and maintain competitive advantage.
Forecasting: Ability to predict sales trends and prepare reports to facilitate decision-making processes.
Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge about FMCG products and industry practices to inform sales strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the targeted market.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
Identify market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate new markets and drive customer acquisition.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team to ensure alignment with sales goals.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and analyses to management on a regular basis.
Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer feedback.
Conduct market research to understand competitive positioning and product viability.
