Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our natural and organic food product line. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organic food products, a strong background in sales management, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and its products.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of organic and natural food products.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
