1. Identify and acquire new clients for the business
2. Conduct telemarketing on an existing database to generate leads
3. Conduct sales calls and client visits to promote the company's products/services
4. Organize and conduct site/project tours for potential clients
5. Achieve sales conversions as per the set targets
6. Manage data related to sales and clients
7. Prepare and submit sales reports and management information systems (MIS) to the higher-ups
8. Prepare sales documentation, such as proposals and contracts
9. Create and implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to achieve targets
10. Participate in lead generation campaigns and events to promote the business
11. Conduct market surveys to gather information about competitors and market trends
12. Manage relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
13. Coordinate with banks to secure loans for clients
14. Manage collections from clients and ensure timely payments
15. Oversee administrative and site office management duties to ensure smooth operations
Required:
1. Prior experience between 0 to 1 year
2. Age group max up to 35 years as of May 2023
3. Should be fluent in at least 3 languages, Kannada, English & Hindi
4. A dynamic & pleasing personality with excellent communication skills
5. Should be thorough & familiar with the Bangalore market
6. An absolute go-getter/performer
7. Should be mobile/candidate should either own a two or four-wheeler
8. Graduation is a must, MBA is an added advantage
9. Should be familiar with computer skills/CRM software for work efficiency
10. Should be willing to travel or work in flexi hours/weekends due to business exigencies
Note: Attractive incentives are offered to earn 3 times more than the salary each month against targets achieved.
