Sales Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales targets
2. Suggest sales program and techniques
3. Analyze customer behavior and adjust product positioning
4. Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints
5. Oversee the stocking and inventory of goods to ensure timely supply of order
6. Maintain updated knowledge of the company s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing
7. Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
8. Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing, and inventory
9. Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base
10. Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses, and competition
11. Monitor the performance of sales staff to spot work areas that require improvement
12. Assist to display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase
13. Work to ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics, and regulations of a firm
