Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of real estate experience is a must
2. A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients
3. Inclination towards making a career in the real estate industry
4. Good communication and negotiation skills
5. Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter with an ability to work independently
6. Must have excellent communication skills
7. Pleasing personality and ability to handle sales within defined guidelines
8. Good PR, social, and networking skills to enhance the customer base
9. Preference is to be given to those who have experience in real estate companies
