Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for our Project in Bandra. This is a full-time, senior position requiring 7 to 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Real Estate industry and possess essential sales strategy skills.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience of 7-10 years in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Extensive knowledge of sales strategies and techniques (Mandatory skill).
In-depth understanding of the real estate market and trends (Mandatory skill).
Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, for internal and external interactions.
Problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise in the sales process.
Proficiency in sourcing potential leads and closing high-value real estate transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure that all team members are meeting their goals.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors activities, and market developments.
