Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time role that involves managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and leading a team to achieve set targets. The ideal candidate should have relevant work experience in sales, preferably within the construction or tech-enabled industries.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies (Mandatory skill)
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management (Mandatory skill)
Strong negotiation skills to close deals efficiently (Mandatory skill)
Expertise in customer relationship management to maintain long-term client satisfaction
Strong market analysis skills to identify opportunities and threats effectively
Proficiency in forecasting to predict sales trends and set realistic targets
Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external interactions
High problem-solving abilities to address challenges promptly and efficiently

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
Conduct regular market analysis to stay competitive and relevant in the industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment
Implement effective negotiation strategies to close deals and secure contracts
